As discussed in Mitch Joel and C.C. Chapman's presentation at Podcamp Boston, lets review it forward!

What does that mean?

Positive reviews on iTunes have a positive affect on your visibility in iTunes, which in turn can help bring you to the attention of your desired audience.

So why not harness the power of the amazing podcamp boston community and help eachother to help ourselves?

So.... what do you need to do...

  • Add your iTunes url and a short description of your podcast to this wiki (you can find your itunes url by right clicking on your album cover). my itunes url

  • Then... choose ten other podcasts on the wiki...head over to iTunes...and write a review! find ten other podcasts

  • This is an honor system... please don't add your url if you don't intend to review ten other shows
  • Play like a doctor and first, do no harm! If you can't find something nice to say, choose another podcast
  • Consider marking reviews as helpful or unhelpful to aid people in knocking negative reviews down in popularity?

The password is podcampboston

I know, I know, there are a lot of other aggregators out there, but iTunes remains the number one source for podcasts... so lets keep our energies concentrated and start with iTunes... if our experiment works we can move on to......
